These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.made4teens.com and product purchases made through it.
By placing an order, the user accepts these conditions in full.

2. Products

The products offered at 4Teens are cosmetics and personal care products developed under laboratory supervision and in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic products .

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the current VAT (Value Added Tax).
Shipping costs will be shown before you finalize your purchase.
Amova Attic SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and Confirmation

To make a purchase, the customer must:

  1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart.

  2. Provide contact, shipping and payment information.

  3. Confirm the order and accept these terms and conditions.

Once payment has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

  • Other methods indicated at checkout

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. 4Teens does not store credit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Spain and to the rest of the European Union .
Estimated delivery times are indicated during the purchase process.
During periods of high demand or due to external causes (strikes, holidays, customs), deadlines may be affected.

Shipping costs: shown before finalizing the purchase.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide justification, in accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 .

However, for hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened or handled are not accepted.

8. Warranty

Cosmetic products are not subject to a legal guarantee like durable goods, but we guarantee that they arrive in perfect condition and as described in the product description.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, 4Teens will assume the replacement or refund.

9. Responsibility

Amova Attic SL is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, unreported allergies, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
Before applying any product, it is recommended to carefully read the label and perform a sensitivity test.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the use of the website or from purchases made will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain) , unless otherwise provided by law.
