30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.
From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return.
For the return to be accepted, the items must be in their original condition , unused , with tags and in their original packaging .
It is necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase .

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us by writing to contact@made4teens.com .
Once your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship your package.

⚠️ No returns will be accepted without prior request.

Damaged or Problematic Products

Please check your order as soon as you receive it .
If you notice any defects, damage, or errors in the item you received, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened or used are not accepted .
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items on sale or with a special discount.

  • Products considered hazardous (flammable liquids, aerosols, etc.).

If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your product, please contact us before making a return.

Changes

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product.
Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order with the product you want.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union , you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery , without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be unused , in its original packaging and accompanied by the proof of purchase .
This right does not apply to products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved .
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
